Hello! 

My name is Concha Joy (yes, that's my real name!)

I grew up in the mountains on a farm and moved to SF Bay when I was 15; on a scholarship as the first in my family to attend University. I consider myself ambitious, sharp, detailed and heart centered.

As a Bay Area native, I've always been deeply connected to the beauty and diversity that makes this region one of the most sought after places.

My journey in Real Estate began at just 18 years old, helping my grandma find renters for her properties and by 20, taking the real estate classes so I can become licensed. Over the years, I've built a deep understanding of the market and a heartfelt commitment to the people and communities I serve.

For me, Real Estate is about more than buying or selling property -- it's about building trust, deep listening and guiding clients with care and precision through life's most meaningful decisions. 

My goal is to ensure your satisfaction from the very first conversation to final closing, and beyond!

As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I bring the same principles of mindfulness, presence, balance and clarity into my real estate practice. These qualities serve my clients well, especially in negotiations or high stakes moments. I believe that when we move with intention and awareness, the process becomes smoother, and ultimately, more aligned with the BEST outcome.
